Dr. Grady L. Morris, Sr. is the Chairman/Founder and Senior Managing Partner at MorrWell® Property Group (MPG). Dr. Morris brings over 40 years of executive, administrative and professional work experiences to this endeavor. Dr. Morris is a proven visionary, with experience in Mergers and Acquisitions. Dr. Morris is a graduate of numerous executive leadership institutes and as the Chairman and Senior Manager, will be charged with ensuring that MPG is being managed properly by each of its employees, along with proper adherence to applicable laws, standards and regulations. Dr. Morris ensures the proper governance of both the fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities of MPG executives and managers, are carried out without fail.
Dr. Morris is a Licensed Realtor and former Founder and Owner of Morris Global Companies (MGC). While at MGC, Dr. Morris was instrumental in the successful acquisition of over twenty companies with net sales of over $600 million dollars. Dr. Morris has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Wiley College, a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Louisiana Tech University, a Master of Higher Education and Supervision degree from Nicholls State University. Dr. Morris obtained his Doctor of Theology and his Doctor of Psychology respectively, from Northwestern University Theological Seminary. Dr. Morris is an ordained minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ, as well as a duly consecrated Archbishop in the Lord's Church.
Dr. Hector Lopez
Mr. Jose Lopez is the Managing Partner & Chief Operating Officer (COO) at MorrWell® Property Group, LLC. As the former property development and construction business Managing Member & Senior Project Manager for RGVCM Group LLC, Mr. Lopez brings with him over 40 years of commercial, educational, single and multi-housing property development experience and over 15 years of real estate development experience, managing over $750 million in commercial, educational, single and multi-family housing development and construction projects.
As COO, Mr. Lopez will be responsible for implementing viable development and construction strategies for MPG and will also be instrumental in the development of affordable multi-family living projects, within the San Antonio to Austin corridor, as well as the Rio Grande Valley and other cities within the State of Texas. Mr. Lopez will work hand-in hand with the Architect of Record to ensure all project adhere to applicable local, state and federal standards.
Mr. Lopez has a Bachelor Degree of Architecture-Design Option (With Thesis), from Texas Tech University. Mr. Lopez is a past member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Board, the American Institute of Architects, the State of Texas Architects, the Canadian Royal Institute of Architects, the American Institute of Architects, and past member of the Historical Society of El Paso, Texas.
Mr. Rene Ramirez serves as the Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for MorrWell® Property Group, LLC. Mr. Ramirez is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) and brings to MPG, over 50 years of executive and accounting experiences. As the former Comptroller at GModelo USA, LLC, GModelo Corp., Procermex Inc, and Corona Beers, Mr. Ramire was responsible for the consolidated FS for European, Pacific Rim, Carribean, Latin America and the USA, along with related tax matters. As CFO, Mr. Ramirez brings those same duties to MPG, where he will play a vital role in shaping the company's strategic financial direction.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ramirez has been deliberate in his pursuit of excellence in all of his financial endeavors. His goal in this next chapter of his life is to be the very best manager of MPG's financial affairs. To accomplish this Rene, has set a goal of being transparent and accurate in as he provides the company with meaningful reporting and oversight of its financial businesses.
Also, as CFO, Mr. Ramirez will have direct oversight of the financial and fiscal management of MPG's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Mr. Ramirez will collaborate with both the Chairman and the CEO, respectively for all matters pertaining to the fiscal sovereignty of MPG.
Ms. Graciela Lopez has extensive experience as a Chaplin, Bereavement Coordinator, Volunteer Coordinator and is a Texas Notary Public. She has amassed 35 years of experience in Texas as a Certified Nurse Assistant and a Medication Aide in Nursing Facilities. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biblical Studies and Theology and a bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Counseling from the Texas Graduate School of Theology.
Bishop Juanita W. Morris is the Diocesan Bishop, co-founder and Pastor/Teacher of New Covenant Family Church where she serves with her husband, Archbishop Grady L. Morris, Sr., who is the Presiding Archbishop and Patriarch of the Ekklesia Worldwide Communion and Missionary Societies.
Bishop Morris is a retired educator and university administrator, living in San Antonio, Texas, and is surrounded by her adult children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild. She is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana, a published author, and the co-founder of Covenant Christian Children’s Homes of Texas. Overseer Morris holds a degree in Early Childhood Education from Southern University, a bachelor’s degree from Wiley College in Organizational Management, a master’s degree in Higher Education and Supervision from Nicholls State University and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy from Northwestern University Theological Seminary.
As an avid author and publisher, Bishop Juanita and her husband have penned a number of successful novels, “The Homegoing “; On the Road to Glory;” “Badge of Honor: Shield of Faith,” and a series of children’s books entitled “God Lives” and “Gee Gee’s Great Adventures.”
Above all, Bishop Morris is a follower of Christ, a devoted and loving wife, and honored mother. With her husband of 47 years, Bishop Morris has raised 23 children including their biological children and is the proud grandmother of 27 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Her greatest joy is leading souls to Christ through the teaching of God’s holy Word, all while feeding the hungry, clothing the naked and taking care of the widows and orphans.
Mr. Mario Lopez is the Architect of Record (AOR) for MorrWell® Property Group LLC (MPG). As MPG's AOR, Mr. Lopez will drive project decisions, manage the design team, coordinate contractor bids, review construction progress reports, and inspect job sites to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
He will work hand in hand with the COO of the Company and will oversee the Projects as they are being developed and completed.
Mr. Lopez has completed many past projects within the El Paso, San Antonio and the Rio Grande Valley, Texas regions. He offers more than 30 years of Professional Experience in Commercial, Governmental, Single Family, Multi-Family, Educational and Medical Facilities. He is well versed in Site Selection & Development, Programming, Design, Construction Documents, Construction Administration and Project Close-Out.
